Before that was message "Continue installation without flag settings from https://clientsettingscdn.roblox.com/v2/settings/aplication/PCClientBootstraper"

Found the solution: use vpn

    Hello! Still having problems? what is the error message?? Have you tried uninstalling and trying to install it again? Or change the name of the roblox folder?
