Thank you for your answer. Let´s put a little bit of humor. A lot of time ago this joke was common between us: a pilot in an airliner loses all the navigation systems so he decides to fly close to the skyline. The copilot is terrified, when they are close to a building the shout through the window: where I am? The answer of guy in the building is: "in the sky". Then the commander takes control and in 3 minutes finds the track. The co-pilot, amazed, asks him: How could you find the airport????? the commander answered it was really easy. I know where Microsoft's building is. A so incredibly stupid answer could only be given by them, so I found the airport in a minute.

This is still happening for me. Has anyone had it successfully install yet? I've tried dism scanhealth, restorehealth, sfc scannow, cleared the windows distribution download folder, rebooted 873 times and it's still failing 😩. It keeps trying to install so I had to pause automatic updates and I'm doing restorehealth, yet again. I work from home and this is super disruptive because it makes my computer pretty much unusable after it fails.

Fallon, you are not alone, Same problem here and I've tried all the things you did with no luck. Still don't understand why other updates installed but, this one won't. Certainly there must be someone representing Microsoft that is aware of this problem, but, are they working on a solution to it??? I also, stopped my updates, now for the second week. But, I really believe that the update even though it continues to fail to install could be messing up my computer too.

I just installed win11 pro, should do the same. not gonna get any meaningful help from the **** on ms
