Hi, I am unable to install latest Windows 10 22H2 Cumulative Update, with the error 0x8007000D. I have tried downloading the KB from Microsoft Update Catalog and run manually but I am getting this error as well. Has anyone else faced this issue and does anyone have a solution for this?

We are seeing this same issue with some 2016 and 2019 windows servers. No matter what we try they will not succesfully receive this update. We've tried all of the normal things for windows updates that won't apply. There has got to be some catch on this that microsoft can identify?
New November update KB5032189 Failed to install on 15/11/2023 - 0x8007000d here we go again
I resumed Updates today but same old same old - I am now seriously thinking of replacing the PC as I think Microsoft have pulled Windows 10 support way before the scheduled 2025 - why has this issue not been resolved ?
the net updates both downloaded and installed just fine but not KB5032189, i'm going to try the in place upgrade as others have managed to repair and update both these updates. i think i will do this tomorrow and i will keep you posted how it goes
I'm not sure what have I done and it's worked beacuse I tried so many things but that might be worked that move another location the "C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download" files and clean temporary files via "Settings - System - Storage" and restart pc and try again. Hope that helps someone else.
