Windows 23h2 update not appearing?

Hi,

I have discovered that windows 11 23h2 has availability for everyone now. But, when I checked windows update (I have had for a while the "Get updates as soon as they are available" turned on) and when to optional updates it is not available! I checked on the microsoft site and it said I was at the correct version to see the update, and I double checked. Do you know any ways to make it appear or do I just have to wait?

Me too! Why doesn't MS scrap the machine learning tool and send 23H2 out to everyone???

Thank you so much for this interesting Group Policy! It got the 23H2 update showing up on my Surface Pro 7+, and installation is currently ongoing:

My case is different. Setting>system>about shows 23H2 in specifications. But in update history it shows 22H2. But updates are happening for 23H2.
