Hi,

I'm really upset of the new address bar because I can't drag and drop anymore files to parent folder like in old file explorer address bar

Can you fix the problem in a close future update or tell me how to change this back to old version (exist in windows 11 file explorer)

The new address bar is above the tools bar (New - Cut - Copy - etc), the old one is bellow

Windows for home | Windows 11 | Files, folders, and storage

Please note that the WindHawk mod (version 1.0.2 tested) does not always work correctly. Sometimes you will get no address/search bar (see image below). If it's working fine for you, that's great. Just posting as an FYI.

I'm curious, what do you have your "Open File Explorer to:" set to? I have mine set to Downloads and I also have removed Home and Gallery section from view. Mine works in every way I can test it but I don't have those libraries as a start point so maybe it has a problem if it's not a real path? Try settings your start point to a folder and check for a change in behavior.

I've seen that happen once thus far, but this is when i was messing around with explorerpatcher so I'm not sure if that was the cause (probably was for my case).

The easy fix to make it so that never happens is just to enable the "Classic Ribbon UI" in the settings menu on the settings menu in windhawk.

Nor did I claim it was, I was using this method of doing it before the windhawk mod was updated, but that came with the caveat of not having the win11 command bar.
