Power & battery settings in Windows 11 won't open

The power & battery settings won't open when going to Settings >System > power & battery. The same thing happens when I right click the battery icon (power & sleep settings) in the sys tray.

    count me in..i cannot open the power and battery settings in windows 11 despite trying so many solutions to 'fix' it....

    sometimes it opens but takes too long
    sometimes it just wont
    i tried safemode unfortunately it crashes the settings app when i open power&battery
    its really annoying

    I have the same problem too. Lenovo Legion 5 Pro - Windows 11 Pro 22H2 22621.2792

    Either from task bar battery icon or from settings app Power & battery won't open. A window appears briefly then disappears.

    I am having same issue Asus ZenBook Pro Duo 14 2 weeks old. Will not open from taskbar or settings menu.
