Power & battery settings in Windows 11 won't open

The power & battery settings won't open when going to Settings >System > power & battery. The same thing happens when I right click the battery icon (power & sleep settings) in the sys tray.

    My 3-year-old laptop's battery isn't charging. It's been plugged in for 2 hours, but still shows 0% charge.

    This is what he said translated and yes it does work -----Re-enable "Sensor Service" in Services. This fixes the situation instantly. The new update disabled this service for some stupid reason. Enjoy!

    I am having same issue Asus ZenBook Pro Duo 14 2 weeks old. Will not open from taskbar or settings menu.
