The power & battery settings won't open when going to Settings >System > power & battery. The same thing happens when I right click the battery icon (power & sleep settings) in the sys tray.

I am having issues with my laptop, even if its fully charged i can only use it for 2 hrs and later the battery brains so drastically that my laptop shuts down. if i charge it for 60% , i can only use it for 30min. Its been 4 years since i bought this laptop. should i change the battery or is there any chances for me to fix this issue??
I did that, it didn't fix the issue for me.
