Hello I am trying to open Local Security Policy but keep get this error.

Hello.

I am using windows 11 pro and every time i try and open Local Security Policy I getting an error and I need to access it like now.

The error I keeping getting is this

An attempt was made to reference a token that does not exist.

Please assist me if you.

Great, thanks for the update. The leftover AppLocker configuration file C:\Windows\System32\AppLocker\Script.AppLocker was causing all the trouble.

Download AdvancedRun from Nirsoft.

Launch cmd.exe as TrustedInstaller. This opens a Command Prompt window with highest privileges.

(See also: How to Run Programs as TrustedInstaller)

From that Command Prompt window, run services.msc

See if you can stop or disable the service you want to stop/disable.

    The GPO has been reset. There are no software restriction policies in place.

    If the issue is unresolved after running the Fixlist.txt, running a Process Monitor boot trace might help us narrow down the issue.

    1. Open the Startup folder of your user profile. You can open that folder by typing shell:startup in the Run dialog. Place the file test.bat in the Startup folder.
    2. Download Process Monitor from Microsoft and enable boot tracing. For more details, see section "Gather boot log files" in this ESET article.

    After collecting the boot trace, please *zip* it and share it on OneDrive.

    Important: The boot trace will reveal your email ID. If you wish to share the trace log with me (only), share the file on Google Drive with the "Restricted" option and post the link here so that I can send the access request.

    1. Click Share Share or Share Share and then Copy link"".
    2. Under “General access”,  click the Down arrow Down.
    3. Select Restricted.
    4. Click Done.

    1. I am running that procees now it done and it saying I must restart I am going to restart it now
    2. Even if I rename it it still saying this is block by your group policy.
