Hello I am trying to open Local Security Policy but keep get this error.

Hello.

I am using windows 11 pro and every time i try and open Local Security Policy I getting an error and I need to access it like now.

The error I keeping getting is this

An attempt was made to reference a token that does not exist.

Please assist me if you.

Great, thanks for the update. The leftover AppLocker configuration file C:\Windows\System32\AppLocker\Script.AppLocker was causing all the trouble.

Download AdvancedRun from Nirsoft.

Launch cmd.exe as TrustedInstaller. This opens a Command Prompt window with highest privileges.

(See also: How to Run Programs as TrustedInstaller)

From that Command Prompt window, run services.msc

See if you can stop or disable the service you want to stop/disable.

    Hello Prakash

    When i run i get this

    Every thing is turned off on the GPO

    and AppLocker is off

    What could be the problem i can still not run the progarm.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your reply and providing Information.

    Please take back of your current Data and also create a system restore point.

    To reset the Group Policy settings with a command line, use below steps:

    Open command prompt as Administrator

    Type the following command to reset all the Group Policy settings and press Enter:

    RD /S /Q "%WinDir%\System32\GroupPolicyUsers" && RD /S /Q "%WinDir%\System32\GroupPolicy"

    Reboot your Computer.

    I did do changes to the GPO but i can not remember what i did this there a ways i can reset it to default.
