Hello I am trying to open Local Security Policy but keep get this error.

Hello.

I am using windows 11 pro and every time i try and open Local Security Policy I getting an error and I need to access it like now.

The error I keeping getting is this

An attempt was made to reference a token that does not exist.

Please assist me if you.

Great, thanks for the update. The leftover AppLocker configuration file C:\Windows\System32\AppLocker\Script.AppLocker was causing all the trouble.

Download AdvancedRun from Nirsoft.

Launch cmd.exe as TrustedInstaller. This opens a Command Prompt window with highest privileges.

(See also: How to Run Programs as TrustedInstaller)

From that Command Prompt window, run services.msc

See if you can stop or disable the service you want to stop/disable.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your reply and providing Information.

    Did you able to make this chage :

    Open Local GPO -> Go to User Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> System -> Open policy Prevent access to the command prompt -> Make it Enable and Select Disable the command prompt script processing also to Yes

    Reboot your Computer.

    Undoing the two policies should let you run cmd.exe. To see if there are any other policies blocking .bat/.cmd files, please do the following:

    Download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool (FRST64.exe) [See also: Collect Farbar Recovery Scan Tool logs.]

    Rename FRST64.exe to EnglishFRST64.exe.

    Run the program. Don't check or uncheck any options. Click "Scan".

    Upload the two logs, FRST.txt and Addition.txt, to your OneDrive and share the link here.
