You could try performing an in-place repair with the ISO to see if that resolves this, it would no harm to try that.
High virtual memory usage after reinstall

My system is Ideapad Gaming 3 16IAH7 with 16 GB RAM.
After a clean reinstall, my virtual memory usage has been higher by at least 10-20% despite not only having the same amount of processes but even a little fewer. The reason for my clean reinstall was due to the poor and inconsistent performance, something which seems to be no longer the case. I wish to know if the reason for higher virtual memory usage is the cost of performance being better now.

Before I reinstalled window the virtual memory usage did went up to 50% and slightly higher (tho never reaching 60%) yet when I uninstalled my intel and NVIDIA drivers and installed them back the virtual memory usage once more returned to previous 43-45%. Also whenever I was finished playing the virtual memory usage went as low as 39% and in general did not rise higher than 42%

2023-10-23T10:37:43+00:00 Not really, because Windows and your installed software would generally use the same amount of memory, regardless of the performance, and for higher performance, Windows will use RAM rather than virtual memory, because RAM is much faster.
