My system is Ideapad Gaming 3 16IAH7 with 16 GB RAM.
After a clean reinstall, my virtual memory usage has been higher by at least 10-20% despite not only having the same amount of processes but even a little fewer. The reason for my clean reinstall was due to the poor and inconsistent performance, something which seems to be no longer the case. I wish to know if the reason for higher virtual memory usage is the cost of performance being better now.

2023-10-23T10:29:11+00:00 I cannot explain how your Virtual Memory settings were different before you re-installed Windows, it may depend on settings that were applied in the previous version of Windows, it is not possible to say because I have no way to check how it was setup previously.

2023-10-23T10:23:49+00:00 That indicates Windows is correctly set to manage your Virtual Memory (page file size) and the settings look correct for your amount of physical RAM, but Windows will not have set aside that amount of disk space, it dynamically manages the size of the page file, it will grow and shrink depending on what you are doing on your system.
