High virtual memory usage after reinstall

My system is Ideapad Gaming 3 16IAH7 with 16 GB RAM.

After a clean reinstall, my virtual memory usage has been higher by at least 10-20% despite not only having the same amount of processes but even a little fewer. The reason for my clean reinstall was due to the poor and inconsistent performance, something which seems to be no longer the case. I wish to know if the reason for higher virtual memory usage is the cost of performance being better now.

It is a bit unusual, but there is nothing wrong with that setting, but as long as that is set to 'Automatically Managed', then there is nothing to worry about, that is the setting Windows has chosen.

BTW is this normal?

I remember the currently allocated amount being similar to the recommended amount.
