it was default keys still i did reset to default but, still it says that my pc needs secure boot
also if u have something like discord or another message platform we can discuss it there

Please help me windows 11 updates arent installing they are saying we're having some trouble downloading updates. Restarting your device may help.

i tried sfc /scannow
tried troubleshooting it found a problem but it still wasn't fixed tried dism disk cleanup tried reenabling update services also tried uninstalling update folder contents in disc C and tried more things nothing worked
i cant send screenshot bc it says failed to upload
