windows 11 updates arent installing

Please help me windows 11 updates arent installing they are saying we're having some trouble downloading updates. Restarting your device may help.

Installed on ‎8/‎16/‎2022

Pen and touch No pen or touch input is available for this display
i tried sfc /scannow
tried troubleshooting it found a problem but it still wasn't fixed tried dism disk cleanup tried reenabling update services also tried uninstalling update folder contents in disc C and tried more things nothing worked
i cant send screenshot bc it says failed to upload

yo its me again i tried 100 more solutions and restart after sometime some of them started downloading

Those updates may install, but any major update like version 23H2 will not install because Windows 11 was not installed correctly, it is in Legacy BIOS
