windows 11 updates arent installing

Please help me windows 11 updates arent installing they are saying we're having some trouble downloading updates. Restarting your device may help.

Pen and touch No pen or touch input is available for this display
i tried sfc /scannow
tried troubleshooting it found a problem but it still wasn't fixed tried dism disk cleanup tried reenabling update services also tried uninstalling update folder contents in disc C and tried more things nothing worked
i cant send screenshot bc it says failed to upload

That BITS service is set to Manual startup, it should be set to Automatic (Delayed) startup

everytime i set it up to automated delayed or automatic it just goes back to manual and shuts off also i think im missing wuasuerv service

Scroll to the bottom of that list of services, do you see the Windows Update service listed?
