windows 11 updates arent installing

Please help me windows 11 updates arent installing they are saying we're having some trouble downloading updates. Restarting your device may help.
system info: Edition Windows 11 Pro

i tried sfc /scannow
tried troubleshooting it found a problem but it still wasn't fixed tried dism disk cleanup tried reenabling update services also tried uninstalling update folder contents in disc C and tried more things nothing worked
i cant send screenshot bc it says failed to upload

    Boot into BIOS and on the Security tab, check that Secure Boot is enabled.

    hey men its me again its saying that my pc doesnt support secured boot but i think it does bc i could install windows 11 before and it needed secured boot

    it is not safe using a torrent, you do not know if the ISO you would get is legitimate
