First of all - STOP "PROTECTING" US.

I do not want to have to enter a pin every single time I use my computer.

So please tell me how I remove this option COMPLETELY AND UTTERLY!

And for gods sake - treat people like adult and STOP trying to "hide" these options.

Its my computer, not yours!

It is getting super rediculous what we need to do just to use both windows and Microsoft accounts- wi5h each new edition we lose more and more control, and have to jump through more and more hoops just to use them. The amount of time wasted looking up solutions to one new problem after another is unreal. I'm not a fan of Linux, but do use it just because there is no garbage nonsense with it, but I also need windows for, certain things, but it seems we,are getting pushed out of windows- now with 11 many of our older computers won't work? Computers that worked with 10 now won't work with 11? Seriously? So drop another grand or more for a computer str9ng enough to run 11, pay $200 for windows 11 itself, even have to constantly turn off junk and settings everytime an update happens? Getting to be more work and Hassle, and too expensive than it's worth just to keep windows on the computer- it's insane. hopefully the workaround to the sign in pin requirement works, but not sure how much longer I want to spend trying to keep windows and microsoft working the way I want it to, only to have it reset constantly

I tried some of the other "solutions" posted online, which did not work.

Then I tried this simple one by Emily, and again it did not work.

I then realized that in step 3 to confirm with your full MS username, you have to enter your MS account password - NOT the PIN number. Duh.

    Seems to work okay now!
