When i try to run a game that needs to extract all files first, When i try to do that the error code "No error description found 8096002A shows up.

how do i fix this? I'm using windows 11.

I also encountered this error

But there were no problems with 7zip, try it through it

How to fix?

The "fix", as stated above a few times, is to use a third-party program, such as 7-Zip, Bandizip, WinRAR, etc.

    I was getting this error as well. I tried using 7-zip and it work first try. My only problem was I didn't have the option to extract with 7zip easily after download.

    I had to open 7-zip itself and choose the zipped folder manually. It didn't take too long either.

    For ease of access I recommend putting your zipped folder on your desktop if you are able, opening 7-zip and select your desktop inside the program to easily find and extract your zipped files. From there you can migrate the unzipped files where you need them to be.
