Disappearance of Windows 11 Taskbar Icons after Switching Virtual Desktops

Windows 11 22H2
In Windows 11's built-in virtual desktop feature, there is a high probability that icons of active applications on the current desktop may not be displayed when switching between different virtual desktops. The icons only appear when I click on the respective application. I have attempted to resolve the issue through restarts and using Sfc and Dism for repairs, but the problem persists. An essential configuration to note is that the taskbar is set to display windows only from the current desktop.

    Thank you :)

I have tried many of fixes but this one actually helped me.

1.) Open this link and download mpo_disable.reg.

    https://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/5157/~/after-updating-to-nvidia-game-ready-driver-461.09-or-newer%2C-some-desktop-apps

2.) Click on register file and complete the write of new data ( You can also revert this by using mpo_restore.reg ).

3.) After the write is completed, restart your computer.

I am still testing it, but for few hours the missing icons are back.

This is not a fix but if it is really on your nerves and you want to get rid of it for now, you can disable animation effects in Settings>Accessibility>Visual effects.

This is a serious problem. Why is Microsoft doing nothing about it? It is so annoying and I can't focus on the work. DO SOMETHING!

For anyone having this issue, disabling MOP seems to have fixed it for me:
