I'm getting BSOD with error nvlddmkm.sys

My computer has been working fine ever since purchasing it a couple of years ago. I recently installed the new update and since then my computer refuses to run games, and crashes to a blue screen with 'error nvlddmkm.sys'. before it goes to blue screen it will go into kind of pixels, sometimes green, sometimes white then restart the pc.

I've tried formatting my harddrives and SSD, I've tried everything YouTube videos say but it just doesn't seem to work. I'm worried that it's my GPU because I can't afford a new one. I currently have a 2080ti.

Any help fixing this would be appreciated whole heartedly.

    Did you sort this buddy? I'm having same issue on a laptop with Rtx 2060. Palworld has started the issue off but now it crashes all the time.

    I have a Dell laptop also ... with a similar graphics card - Nvidia 2060. Dopeybo11ox - did you find a solution? My laptop is crashing at least 1 time per day. Nvlddmkm.sys is many times the source of the crash based on the Minidump file.

    I didn't mate, the Geforce update literally killed my 2080ti.

    Haven't been able to afford a new GPU.

    So sorry you're going through the same. :(
