I'm getting BSOD with error nvlddmkm.sys

My computer has been working fine ever since purchasing it a couple of years ago. I recently installed the new update and since then my computer refuses to run games, and crashes to a blue screen with 'error nvlddmkm.sys'. before it goes to blue screen it will go into kind of pixels, sometimes green, sometimes white then restart the pc.

I've tried formatting my harddrives and SSD, I've tried everything YouTube videos say but it just doesn't seem to work. I'm worried that it's my GPU because I can't afford a new one. I currently have a 2080ti.

Any help fixing this would be appreciated whole heartedly.

    The minidump file indicates nvlddmkm.sys file as a cause of the BSOD which is related to the Nvidia Graphics card driver.

    If you do have an Nvidia graphics card installed on your computer, try to uninstall its driver completely using this DDU free utility, then download/install the latest graphics card driver or a driver that is compatible with your computer from the manufacturer's official website:

    If it does not help, install an older version of the graphics card driver. Sometimes, older versions work more smoothly rather than the latest ones.

    Or, you can download GeForce Experience to keep your drivers up to date:

    If you are overclocking your PC, try running everything (CPU, GPU, system memory) at their stock speeds. See if the issue is still reproducible. Turn off XMP profile or set it to Auto.

    If your computer still encounters BSOD, test the RAM with the free utility MemTest86, then run a full 8 pass scan to test your RAM for physical errors:

    Hiya pal.

    I've used DDU and uninstalled everything in 'safe mode'. I installed an older version of Nvidia driver. The problem persisted when I downloaded the latest driver from Nvidia so I've gone back to the 537.58 and it's still doing the same thing. I tested a game called broken sword 1 and it seems to run it normal, I tried a more demanding game like Telltales Batman and it started well, it got into the game and was working for about 30 seconds and all these different colour pixels came up on the screen, it froze then went to a black screen and stayed there, then reset itself. I then tried Cyberpunk once again, and it gets to the menu, I click continue and then it starts to load the assets and then crashes to blue screen with the error and restarts.

    I'm about to test Memtest now and see what comes up.. will update shortly.

    I've done all that buddy the actual GPU lights up as normal, so theres power going to it. The temps are alright. When a game starts it makes this soft fuzzy sort of noise.. I can't explain what the sound is..
