I'm getting BSOD with error nvlddmkm.sys

My computer has been working fine ever since purchasing it a couple of years ago. I recently installed the new update and since then my computer refuses to run games, and crashes to a blue screen with 'error nvlddmkm.sys'. before it goes to blue screen it will go into kind of pixels, sometimes green, sometimes white then restart the pc.

I've tried formatting my harddrives and SSD, I've tried everything YouTube videos say but it just doesn't seem to work. I'm worried that it's my GPU because I can't afford a new one. I currently have a 2080ti.

Any help fixing this would be appreciated whole heartedly.

    I changed the power management mode settings on the Nvidia Control panel to prefer maximum performance, which seems to have fixed the issue

    12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12700H 2.30 GHz,

    16,0 GB,

    Windows 11 Pro,

    NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Ti Laptop GPU,

    1 T SSD.

    Since the last update, more than 20 blue screens with the nvlddmkm.sys error; VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE...It is disappointing not to be able to enjoy a pleasant experience of a product. Why not implement a semiannual update system in which important bugs are solved, in which all software services are organized together for maximum efficiency and a pleasant experience for customers...to play CS2 at 2500x1600X resolution with the advanced settings all on low and the game not running correctly and giving many errors like the one above, is another idea that could be discussed by those from Microsoft>Nvidia>Steam for solving and providing a pleasant customer experience if you also want the most sustainable profits...

    I have the same issues; I have done all the steps by step, and I still have the same issues and BSOD. Please advise on the issues. I can send you the Windows EV logs. I have done all. May I add that I also did a CMD check of OS and ING and found no errors or issues? Also, I did a stress test of the hardware and found no errors. Is this a window issue or what?

    Has anyone been able to figure out what triggers the BSOD?

    I appreciate that every system is different so might not be possible to pin down a common cause, but it is just strange for me that it is completely random when it triggers on my system. Sometimes I cannot even watch a youtube video without getting the BSOD, other times I can game for an entire day without issues.
