exactly the same case. I am on Win 10
Even the calculator, when i try to use currency converter = you are'nt connected
I was thinking that Microsoft could suggest to force a register (value) or a status : connected

Windows 11 update is not working saying "We couldn't connect to the update service. We'll try again later, or you can check now. If it still doesn't work, make sure you're connected to the Internet." (I checked and the windows update service is running), I tried the windows troubleshooter for network and internet and it says "Looks like you aren't connected to the internet." but all apps and browsers connect to internet fine. Today I tried a repair install of the new 23H2 update from the ISO and no luck with that, the troubleshooter and windows update still say no connection to internet. What now?

Having the exact same problem. All the troubleshooters just tell me that I'm not connected and just to try connecting, but I'm able to browse etc.
no suggested solution ?
I can connnect (with internal card or a usb one) to any websites except those belonging or controlled by Microsoft (Update, MS Store,...) which see me as not connected so no update no access to Ms Store possible

I have the same problem, have tried all suggested fixes, still won't connect.
Hi, ShadowofDeath,
Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue.Usually, this problem is caused by a corrupted or outdated driver. Please provide some more details to help identify what is causing this problem. Are you using a laptop or a desktop? Which is the full model of your computer/laptop or motherboard?
Also, attach a screenshot of the System Information Page:
1-Right-click on Start then click on Run
2-Type: msinfo32 and click on OkAnd a screenshot of the version of the driver installed:
1-Right-click on Start then click on Device Manager
2-Click to expand the Network adapters
3-Right-click on the Wifi/Ethernet driver and click on properties
4-Take a screenshot of the General and Driver tabYou can see at this link how to include a screenshot in your post.
