How to fix Windows 11 saying i'm not connected to the internet but apps and browsers connect and work?

Windows 11 update is not working saying "We couldn't connect to the update service. We'll try again later, or you can check now. If it still doesn't work, make sure you're connected to the Internet." (I checked and the windows update service is running), I tried the windows troubleshooter for network and internet and it says "Looks like you aren't connected to the internet." but all apps and browsers connect to internet fine. Today I tried a repair install of the new 23H2 update from the ISO and no luck with that, the troubleshooter and windows update still say no connection to internet. What now?

    no suggested solution ?

I can connnect (with internal card or a usb one) to any websites except those belonging or controlled by Microsoft (Update, MS Store,...) which see me as not connected so no update no access to Ms Store possible

BUt icon "golabe tray" and my wifi router "no internet, secured"

It has been 6 month yet and still no solution

It cannot be driver of the network card as I used 6 diffrent ones and still the same issue

    Hi, ShadowofDeath,

Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue.

Usually, this problem is caused by a corrupted or outdated driver. Please provide some more details to help identify what is causing this problem. Are you using a laptop or a desktop? Which is the full model of your computer/laptop or motherboard?

Also, attach a screenshot of the System Information Page:

1-Right-click on Start then click on Run

2-Type: msinfo32 and click on Ok

And a screenshot of the version of the driver installed:

1-Right-click on Start then click on Device Manager

2-Click to expand the Network adapters

3-Right-click on the Wifi/Ethernet driver and click on properties

4-Take a screenshot of the General and Driver tab

You can see at this link how to include a screenshot in your post.
