After Windows update, the HP Hotkey Support pop-up window appeared and the Fn button stopped working

This one is working from another site.

Make sure you download the sp91903.exe as per below.

Clearly they will still need to fix this, but this should sort you out

  1. Go to "Services"

  1. Find "HP Hotkey UWP Service
  2. Right click and choose "Properties"

  1. Change startup type to "Disabled"

  1. Restart computer

6.  Install Hotkey Support again from this link: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp91501-92000/sp91903.exe

  1. Restart computer
  2. It Works

    Hey !

    So my brightness keys are now working fine ! But i just lost all my data on my computer, like a full reboot i don’t understand why…

    Can you explain me what can i do ? Apart from crying
