ok so basically, when I first loaded it up I couldn't see the partitions. I had to get a VMD driver and then load up the extracted VMD driver from my files into the partitions thingy, then it showed partitions 1,2,3,4. I then proceeded to delete the partitions until I got an unallocated box, I clicked on it and proceeded with next. then it reset, and I put in my information, etc. I thought the issue was fixed but I clicked on settings and then into "reset this pc" and it still didn't work. I landed on a page called automatic repair failed or something.
the main issue here is that I am trying to fix it so I can reset the laptop from settings and going to "reset this pc".
my asus laptop won't reset
I've tried many ways like using the sfc and dism command and on going to my final decision on going back from windows 11 to windows 10 but the only way I can reset my laptop is through using a USB. this is very weird considering I cannot reset my asus laptop through the normal reseting process. what kind of issue could this be? and is there a way to fix the issue to allow me to reset through settings without having to use a USB.
