A reset is performed when there already an installed windows operating system.

There are no resets when performing a clean install as reset is a different method.
Plan a clean install instead of a reset.
Start with a new flash drive > make a new MCT > boot to the MCT > make sure all partitions are deleted displaying an unallocated disk drive > clean install Windows > post images or share links displaying any error messages or codes
