How do I disable Copilot and all Other AI functionality in Windows 11 PRO

We need to create more powerfull hardware to run those large language model continualy and it is becoming a chalenge to do so already. and untill we do so, all those ai you like have their library prunned and are stuttering because of the limitation in their processor.

there are a number of topic that they can't process either. complicated things like advanced mathematic, astrophisic, oceanography and nature topic, art and psychology to name a few. and their training data pool never contain ALL the information on the internet before their access cutoff. and even if it did, can you say that all of the internet is truth, nothing but the truth and the whole truth of all the event that ever happened ? no, its filled with garbage.

untill those limitation have solution, viable solution ai will only be an immitation of what you would like them to be.

so yes, ai are "joke".

and yes ai is nothing more than a new gimmic that big tech would like to sell us. much like large pharmaceutical conglomerate would like to sell you weigh-reducing pill instead of just telling you to eat better.

ai arent and never will be an all powrfull tool. because its alway gonna be trained on data created by humans. therefor, question that humans don'T know, ai won't know either. go and ask it if there is life on titan. it won't know. because human don't know. and thats in the training data. if we want real scientific advance, it won't go trought ai.

the only thing it will do, maybe a little, is exacerbate problem in the job market by advancing automatisation.

and people will continu to use it to make simulacrum scientific paper and similacrum their exams at school.

Ymir, you are absolutely correct. AI is nothing but the latest buzzword (like cloud) that companies are using for marketing purposes to fool the fools. AI requires coding, just like every other application. The battle will be between the millions of coders writing the code to try to convince customers that their AI is worth spending money on. AI's main result will be the long unemployment lines, even to the point of those writing the code. It won't take long (5-10 years maybe) before AI will be considered a not so funny joke like Y2K is today.

I started in the late 60's with COBOL. We needed an open telephone line to reach a bank (prearranged, of course!) for a chance to mix it up with their computer. Eventually, I moved to DOS, which I found to be so extremely elegant (a bit fussy, but worth the effort for no wasted code) until Microsoft just bulldozed the entire process. Now, 30, 40 years later, they are still bulldozing. Thanks for commiserating! At 75 years old, at least I'll miss the worst of the fall out!

Yeah, not far behind you. I started with DOS, then through the MS history. Did Netware until NT came out. Jumped ship because I knew Novell couldn't compete with MS. What's somewhat "funny" is that Azure is where MS was with the early days of Windows. Constant change while coders continuosly rewriting the scripting in the background. The constant change with Azure is annoying. Then add marketing trying to put their stamp on things with the constant changing of names (i.e., Entra for AD), and then we're never sure what is what. I've seen many companies over the years who did this and just made the product too confusing to follow. It never ends up well. The young ones won't understand this much, but eventually they be able to look back and see the same thing we do. They say the only constant is change, but it is nice when things stay the same for a while so we can enjoy life for a while. Best of luck to all you guys, young and old.

I also employ a hardware-based edge firewall, a perimeter network, and internal DNS poisoning to prevent Google, Microsoft, and 99% of ad-tracking agencies from transacting data on/across my network.

In cases where I *do* have to interact with social media, or such agencies as described, I use a brand-new, clean-install, VM (which is erased when I'm done), onion-routing, and single-use, throw-away email addresses for registration when/where needed.

What we're talking about here is their desire for more detailed and granular information about ALL OF YOUR ACTIVITY!

• What do you do with it when you're on?
• What does it do when you're NOT on it?
• What things does your mouse hover over the longest?
• Which sites do you visit?
• What do you DO on those sites?
• What aliases/names do you go-by/use?
• What do you stream/download?
• What do you buy?
• What do you look at, but don't buy?
• How much data do you use?
• What data/files do you have on your computer?
• Which file(s) do you access most often?
• Do you access particular files at routine times, for routine periods?
  • If so, what are they?
• Do you bank online?
  • With who?
  • How often?
  • Who are your creditors?
  • How much do you owe?

The list is endless -- there's literally no bottom to the well of information that they crave to harvest about you, and that's why they go to such efforts to produce these 'tools' and first try to get you to install/use them voluntarily, before ultimately resorting to just imposing them on everyone when it's discovered that nobody wants to have someone examining their every in/action under an electron-microscope and selling everything they find to anyone who'll buy it...
