I am trying to contact Microsoft to deal with an account they decided to lock out. And I cannot reach the support website. I just get the following error when I navigate to the website Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://support.microsoft.com/" on this server. The phone support just tells me to go to this website that doesn't work. How can I deal with this if I cannot access the support page?

Yep same problem of I wanted to contact them and same error.
Not helpful gives the same error. Do you know why this is happening or anything?
