Why can I not access Microsoft's support? Access denied?

I am trying to contact Microsoft to deal with an account they decided to lock out. And I cannot reach the support website. I just get the following error when I navigate to the website Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://support.microsoft.com/" on this server. Reference #18.a49a3b17.1700526724.806d502

The phone support just tells me to go to this website that doesn't work. How can I deal with this if I cannot access the support page?

    hello,

    please help I am having the same issue and there is no recourse. I am just COMPLETELY barred from accessing support and it has been an extremely stressful situation. When i try to call the help line the AI hangs up on me, I even made a new account so i could access support but i get the same ACCESS DENIED message evrey time. I have NO WAY to get help PLEASE HELP, I am beyond stressed i am ready to cry. I need someone from microsoft to contact me as I am completely barred from any method of accessing support, what kind of service is this? it is INSANE for this to be happening, really feels like a HUGE F*** you from Microsoft.

    I reported it again to MSFT. The problem is fixed when I use my VPN and log in from the UK. Use a VPN until they fix the issue.

    Hi Jen, I see this issue is from 2023. has there been a fix for this? I am currently experiencing this problem:

    Until MSFT fixes the issue, try either 1) attempting right after a fresh reboot (this sometimes works for me) or 2) launch a VPN then attempt (this always works for me so far. I choose a UK server).

    I'm having the same problem and the phone number just keeps telling me to use the internet which I cannot access due to my original problem with windows update and my phone says access denied.. I'm so infuriated right now I'm about done with microsoft.
