Same issue here. I bought the English language version of a movie but it will only play in French. I'm trying to contact support but I have "Access denied" in every way I have tried.

I am trying to contact Microsoft to deal with an account they decided to lock out. And I cannot reach the support website. I just get the following error when I navigate to the website Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://support.microsoft.com/" on this server. Reference #18.a49a3b17.1700526724.806d502
The phone support just tells me to go to this website that doesn't work. How can I deal with this if I cannot access the support page?

For me, I got the error as soon as I clicked "Contact Us" to chat, and now I can't even reach the page where the button exists. I've tried from two different computers in my house and my cell phone. I also tried my cell phone on wireless which produces the same error.
