I am trying to contact Microsoft to deal with an account they decided to lock out. And I cannot reach the support website. I just get the following error when I navigate to the website Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://support.microsoft.com/" on this server. The phone support just tells me to go to this website that doesn't work. How can I deal with this if I cannot access the support page?

I have this same problem on Windows 10 whether using Chrome or Edge:
You don't have permission to access "http://support.microsoft.com/en-us/home/contact?" on this server.

Just tried the link you recommended and get the same issue.
I was eventually able to open it when I tried through edge
