I am trying to contact Microsoft to deal with an account they decided to lock out. And I cannot reach the support website. I just get the following error when I navigate to the website Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://support.microsoft.com/" on this server. The phone support just tells me to go to this website that doesn't work. How can I deal with this if I cannot access the support page?

I am unable to reach support either. OneDrive is giving me a lot of grief and I can't reach Microsoft for assistance.

i have the same exact problem. and i cant contact support either because i have the same issue like you.
Same issue. I can't access chat, messages will receive but not send (super rare). I can't access support.xbox.com, play with friends, or cancel my subscription. I can't get to the website to look up the customer service number. This is infuriating. The one time I got somebody on chat to e-mail me, they told me to go back to the chat after i told them it didn't work. Great CS Microsoft.

It's still troublesome, at least for me, because when I click the prompts and say my issue is tech support, it tells me I need to chat online which is impossible right now...
