W11 - No calendar on TaskBar in the secondary monitors

Hi!

 My main monitor shows the calendar correctly, but the second and third do not shoes it.

 I seek to solve it in several settings and no success.

 Any tip / hint in how to turn on calendar in the other monitors?

    Hey man,

    with all the respect, that's not the lack of functionality, That's BS from Microsoft. I don't think they don't know what they are doing.. Win 10 calendar worked on all screens and was pretty convenient, now they screwed that completely in Win11. It's very poorly arranged and limited just to main screen, they know it so they should fix it if they care, which does not seems like.

    If they did any testing in the Win 11 system they have to be aware, so rather looks like they do it on purpose to be able to say , 'hey we upgraded calendar in win 12' ... :D

    People forgot that MS said that Win 10 is last system version and they will just do plugin and upgrades on that onwe, then they realized they would be screwed in sales manner, so released Win 11 piece of sheet silently.. I would be very surprised if they would do any (positive) change to this part of the system until win 12 or later release :D

    There is a get around approach. use the Widget -Outlook calendar on your extended screen.

    To do this you must do Personalization -> Enable all taskbar setting on all windows.

    Click on the Widget icon then, goto your Outlook calendar widget, you view your calendar there..

    Hi Shawn, thank you for your work around suggestion.
    While that would be a good solution, some of the settings (including Widgets) have been disabled by the organization that I work for.

    So, I am left with no workable solution :'(

    ... unless Microsoft can fix the problem that was introduced with Windows 11

    I have the same issues as everyone else. We upgraded to Windows 11 and this feature was dropped. It was very helpful in meetings working with 2 monitors and only sharing the display of one monitor.
