SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION Troubleshooting

I've been having several BSOD's in the last days but can't find out what is causing them.

I have tried updating and going back to older drivers but the problems seem to persist. Sometimes it takes several minutes to an hour to get a BSOD and sometimes there are multiple in a row right after rebooting.

    Hi,

Kayece here, An Independent advisor and a user just like you. I will be happy to assist you today.

I am sorry that you have experienced this issue. To isolate your issue, can you perform and answer some questions below?

*Did this happen after an update or installation?

*What method or steps have you already performed or tried so far to fix the issue?

*Can you check if your Hard Drive is working properly technically and physically?

Perform a CHKDSK utility to check for any errors on your hard drive. It may be that the error is caused by a damaged hard drive. To run CHKDSK, open the Command Prompt again and type the following:

    chkdsk C: /f /r /x

Press Enter. It will check your hard drive for any errors and repair them.

*Have you tried to run an Antivirus scan?

*Can you perform sfc and run the DISM command to check, scan, and restore the health of the system files by following the steps below?

*On Command Prompt/powershell (admin), enter each command below:

    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

    sfc /scannow

After all has been processed, Restart your device

If you need more help, let me know.

    Stay Safe!

*the first crash was my pc completely freezing after trying several times to open a game that said my graphics card needed more memory, the first actual blue screen happened after trying to open it again after updating my Nvidia driver

*At first i tried going to an older Nvidia driver, after that i tried the sfc and dism commands that found nothing, doing a memory check, removing ram and trying different slots, updating chipset driver, and a compleet clean reboot

*This one i haven't seen online so it's running right now

*Haven't done an antivirus scan yet since a friend said it seemed like a hardware problem

*The checks say the system files are all okay and intact

I will post an update after the CHKDSK is finished with what the results are it's currently "Fixing (C:) Stage 4:..."
