  • Download defender_diag.bat. Right-click on the file, click Properties, Unblock, and OK. Run the batch file as administrator.

Those entries have no significance. Those entries show up in my system as well. You'll see a lot of Not Found entries for any operation you do. Usually, most of those entries have no significance.

You may try this if possible.

Download this REG file and save it to a folder named c:\reg\

Launch AdvancedRun (from Nirsoft) and start cmd.exe as TrustedInstaller.

In the TrustedInstaller Command Prompt, run:

  • reg.exe import c:\reg\securityhealth.reg
  • exit

This restores some essential registry keys used by Defender.

    Frank,

    A repair installation is required because the SecurityHealthService is not starting.

    Before that, please run the following fixlist.

    • Download FixList.txt
    • Save Fixlist.txt in the same folder where EnglishFRST64.exe is.
    • Close all program windows.
    • Launch the Farbar Scanner tool and click "Fix".
    • Upload the output log file (FixLog.txt) to your OneDrive.

    Reboot Windows.

    If that doesn't help, download the Windows 11 23H2 ISO and do a repair installation. See How to run In-place upgrade in Windows 11 for instructions.

    The fix log is in the folder. Service still loading a blank screen without a sheild now.

    The Windows Security app is outdated. That could be one of the causes. Let me know if the repair installation helps.

    PS, I previously reinstalled Windows 11 at the start of this isuue and this did not fix it !!
