Hi Ramaesh I am not sure if I have done something wrong here (I followed the instuctions precisel) but I have neded up with Bootlog.pml 3.74GB !! and Bottlog-1.pml 119MB the smaller one I have zipped and uplodaed to samefolder as before. Thanks Frank

First, I don't see any zip files there. Secondly, the PML you uploaded did not capture what we wanted. So the log is not useful.

Can you advise me on the best way to capture this event. I set it up rebooted then opened Windows Security until the blank screen appeared. Sorry I thought the PML-1 was zipped. Thanks Frank

Can you zip and attach the 1st bootlog file.

Those entries have no significance. Those entries show up in my system as well. You'll see a lot of Not Found entries for any operation you do. Usually, most of those entries have no significance.

You may try this if possible.

Download this REG file and save it to a folder named c:\reg\

Launch AdvancedRun (from Nirsoft) and start cmd.exe as TrustedInstaller.

In the TrustedInstaller Command Prompt, run:

reg.exe import c:\reg\securityhealth.reg
exit

This restores some essential registry keys used by Defender.

First, I don't see any zip files there.

Secondly, the PML you uploaded did not capture what we wanted. So the log is not useful.
