Didn't work for me. Whatever my problem was, it was a cascade with more issues coming up daily. Ultimately, I reinstalled Windows which solve the problem.

I have the same issue with the Search Bar not working after update to Windows 11 23H2. I have tried all the fixes and none of them have worked. The thing I noticed is that there is no Windows Search running in the Task Manager Processes. The only way the Search Bar will work is in Safe mode. Any more new ideas ? This surely is a common issue the Windows 11 23H2 update as there are tons of user's with the same issue.

This is the worst bug ever created and it is still not fixed, i am dumping my microsoft stock, continuous deployment is ok but NOT continuous deployment of bugs for god sake, please fix this as a security problem with same high urgency, you are loosing a lot of windows user expierence with this with as result the users...and killing the explorer each time is not an acceptable workaround....

I have the same issue with the Search Bar not working after update to Windows 11 23H2.
