I'm assuming the same problem occurs if you're using Outlook or any other local version of a Windows 365 app?

I'm still having same issue. Running win11. If I search for picture(s) that I loaded from my camera such as "DSC0xxxxx" Explorer starts seaching then crashes every time. Please help.

My Windows became so unusable that I reinstalled. Since this was the build that came with my PC, I couldn't find the license key and had buy a license with install media. I bought a Pro license since that was what was on the PC. A costly fix but now I have a key I can refer back to if I need it and I have the install media. Fortunately, this was a new PC, and I hadn't fully transferred all of my data or apps, but it could be a weeks long effort to fully rebuild if you go this route. My PC has been working perfectly now for weeks with no issues. As an FYI, since I don't have a CD drive on the PC, I chose to purchase the Windows License on USB media. If you go this route, note that you can download the media, purchase with CD media, or purchase with USB media.
