I tried a couple of what seemed like the easier suggestions but they didn't work. I tried this figuring it wasn't going to work, but it seemed a lot easier than the other suggestions. It actually worked! I can't imagine how you (or someone else) figured that one out. It seems like such a random suggestion. Caveat......I haven't rebooted to see what happens.

This is the worst bug ever created and it is still not fixed, i am dumping my microsoft stock, continuous deployment is ok but NOT continuous deployment of bugs for god sake, please fix this as a security problem with same high urgency, you are loosing a lot of windows user expierence with this with as result the users...and killing the explorer each time is not an acceptable workaround....
