Hey Dave, I went in the store today. They said thay they need 3-5 days to make sure the blue screen is caused by ram.
Do you know which ram is likely to get infected? Sram or dram?
I'm really nervous cause sram is very pricy

Usually that is caused by system file corruption, ensure your Windows is fully up to date and open the Store ap, go to your Library and ensure all Store apps are fully up to date, if that does not solve that, please start a new question about that new problem on Community.
here is no way to know what caused your RAM to become faulty, this can happen with old or new RAM.
You mean my Ram got physically damaged, or its get old and malfuction?
