GIGABYTE H310M M.2 2.0
Current BIOS Version: F12
I got the latest BIOS Version (i.e. F16a) but I don't know how to install it correctly (Because a small mistake can cause it to boot improperly.)

I’ve been encountering multiple Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) errors, including Memory Management, Critical Process Died, KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR and Unexpected Store Exception. This issue started about a year ago, but at that time, I replaced my hard disk. Initially, everything seemed fine, but recently, the crashes have resumed.
Here are the steps I’ve taken so far:
I also ran Chkdsk, which initially fixed the drive, but after about half an hour, the same errors resurfaced. Consequently, my system keeps restarting, plagued by the same BSOD errors (Memory Management, Critical Process Died, and Unexpected Store Exception). It’s quite frustrating! 😓
Ans while checking some Dump Files I found that Driver named: ntoskrnl.exe is the cause of the error (Although I don't know anything about this driver, it function and how to fix it )
Also I have minidump files: https://1drv.ms/f/s!ApBV6ainL73Ygxb7bTmuTY7nmcLb
Please Guide me how to fix these

Hi, thank you for replying, for that, you need to go to your manufacturer's website to check and download the BIOS, in addition, let me help you with that, may I know the make and model of your device?
To check, press the Windows key + R then type in:
msinfo32
Then hit OK
Let me know the System Model and System Manufacturer you have.
Find a flash drive that you can format (> or = 8 GB).
Find a working Windows computer.
On the working Windows computer create tools to use on the problematic computer.
Create a bootable Windows 10 Media Creation Tool (MCT) (Windows 10 iso):

Boot to the flash drive:

If available insert another flash drive to be able to move files to another computer and/or backup important files.
Open Windows Recovery Environment (RE) > command prompt > type:

Search for srttrail.txt
It may be located at:
c:\windows\system32\logfiles\srt\srttrail.txt
d:\windows\system32\logfiles\srt\srttrail.txt
%windir%\System32\LogFiles\Srt\Srttrail.txt

Replace c: as needed with the applicable drive letter.
Replace X: with drive letter assigned to USB Flash Drive that you can move to another computer.
Recover important files:
Return to troubleshooting options.
a) try another startup repair > search for a new srttrail.txt as needed
b) perform a system restore to the oldest restore point

C:\WINDOWS\system32>chkdsk /b /v
The type of the file system is NTFS.
Cannot lock current drive.
Chkdsk cannot run because the volume is in use by another

Reboot as needed.
https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/14201-memtest86-test-ram.html
The computer has 32 GB RAM.
The RAM modules can be tested one at a time in the same DIMM or simultaneously.
Approximate testing time for the older software versions was 1 - 11/2 hours / GB RAM.
The newest version testing is not well documented.
The minimum number of passes is 8 so plan to run the testing overnight and next day.
Just 1 error is a test fail and testing can be aborted.
