help how to change default .exe regedit

so i just running .exe regedit from this website https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/8703-restore-default-file-type-associations-windows-10-a.html the file format is exe.reg ,after running this , ican't run scrcpy (android screen to windows) please help

i don't think i have malware ,

You definitely do.

i get it why you said i have malware ,when i check the log file there is svchost.exe with discord logo and explorer.exe with also discord logo,

You likely ran a bundled Discord/malware installer that threw a fake error message.

  • Download Fixlist.txt **** and save to the folder FRST64.exe is in
  • Run FRST and press "Fix" - the computer will restart to complete the fix

    i swear before i run exe.reg and restart pc to make it work , scrcpy is just working fine ,if you ask why then i run exe.reg well because im trying install discord when i click the discordsetup.exe its show "how do you want open this file" thats why i google and found https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/8703-restore-default-file-type-associations-windows-10-a.html this web,then i tried exe.reg from that website, but weirdly after restart my pc to make exe.reg work ,discord app somehow already installed lol ,i think i don't need exe.reg to fix discord install work even "how do you want open this file" this problem showing

    since then scrcpy not working anymore like the video i share ,it open new cmd tab then closed immedily

    We probably need to get a Process Monitor capture to see what is happening.

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/procmon 

    Right click Procmon64.exe and run as administrator. The capture button is third from the left.

    • Start capturing, reproduce the problem. Stop capturing.
    • Press Ctrl + S, select All events under Events to save > save the log
    • Zip the log and share on your OneDrive or similar
