help how to change default .exe regedit

so i just running .exe regedit from this website https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/8703-restore-default-file-type-associations-windows-10-a.html the file format is exe.reg ,after running this , ican't run scrcpy (android screen to windows) please help

i don't think i have malware ,

You definitely do.

i get it why you said i have malware ,when i check the log file there is svchost.exe with discord logo and explorer.exe with also discord logo,

You likely ran a bundled Discord/malware installer that threw a fake error message.

Download Fixlist.txt **** and save to the folder FRST64.exe is in
Run FRST and press "Fix" - the computer will restart to complete the fix

Please upload Fixlog.txt

sir help i got this virus agaiiinnn, now icannot open any .exe installer ... pls help with frst again

everytime i tried open installer windows defender keep showing this 3 virus sometimes moreits containt :

file: C:\Windows\Resources\Themes\icsys.icn.exe

file: C:\Windows\svchost.exe

i believe its more than those two ,pls help ican provide frst scan .txt file if you can help me :(
