help how to change default .exe regedit

so i just running .exe regedit from this website https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/8703-restore-default-file-type-associations-windows-10-a.html the file format is exe.reg ,after running this , ican't run scrcpy (android screen to windows) please help

i don't think i have malware ,

You definitely do.

i get it why you said i have malware ,when i check the log file there is svchost.exe with discord logo and explorer.exe with also discord logo,

You likely ran a bundled Discord/malware installer that threw a fake error message.

  • Download Fixlist.txt **** and save to the folder FRST64.exe is in
  • Run FRST and press "Fix" - the computer will restart to complete the fix

Please upload Fixlog.txt

    At the end most of the issue regarding corrupt registry files finish with that, unless you have a registry backup :(

Essentially, you can explore and inquire on those forums, including Stack Overflow, since the problem seems unusual given the registry adjustments made. At this stage, there might be a direct issue with file associations.

    Also, did you happen to create a restore point?

    sadly i don't create restore point :( ,is there original value for what exe.reg in that site change to my registry? i will change it manually to original value if there is.
