help how to change default .exe regedit

so i just running .exe regedit from this website https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/8703-restore-default-file-type-associations-windows-10-a.html the file format is exe.reg ,after running this , ican't run scrcpy (android screen to windows) please help

i don't think i have malware ,

You definitely do.

i get it why you said i have malware ,when i check the log file there is svchost.exe with discord logo and explorer.exe with also discord logo,

You likely ran a bundled Discord/malware installer that threw a fake error message.

  • Download Fixlist.txt **** and save to the folder FRST64.exe is in
  • Run FRST and press "Fix" - the computer will restart to complete the fix

Please upload Fixlog.txt

    Unfortunately you have active malware running on your computer.

    Please share Farbar Recovery Scan Tool (FRST) logs.

    • If your computer language is not English, rename FRST64.exe to FRST64English.exe
    • Run FRST and press "Scan"
    • Two logs are created in the folder that FRST is run from, FRST.txt and Addition.txt
    • Upload the logs to OneDrive, Google Drive or any file sharing service and post the share link

    Note: If you are downloading FRST with Edge, smartscreen will initially block it.

    Click on the 3 dots next to the warning and select Keep-> Show more-> Keep anyway.

    Logfile.PML here my logfile , i capture then start scrcpy run terminal : scrcpy -w -S -m 1920 -b 4M --max-fps 90 --window-title "awaw" --disable-screensaver after the scrcpy fail to run , then save the logfile with All events checked

    We probably need to get a Process Monitor capture to see what is happening.

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/procmon 

    Right click Procmon64.exe and run as administrator. The capture button is third from the left.

    • Start capturing, reproduce the problem. Stop capturing.
    • Press Ctrl + S, select All events under Events to save > save the log
    • Zip the log and share on your OneDrive or similar
