unexpected store exception stuck in bios

My pc had a blue screen unexpected store exception.

Now every boot my pc is stuck in the bios. I unplugged all usb's apart from mouse and keyboard and have resetted bios settings to default. I have a kingston kc3000 m.2 ssd and an extra hdd. I was playing a game and had lots of chrome tabs open. Everything on the m.2 device list says not present! My ssd is only a year old. Ive tried reseating it and placing it in a different slot.

    Try using one of those drivers to see if you can see the target drive for the installation.

    following this link i have placed the downloaded driver folder directly on the usb without the extraction process. Now i do get to see drivers but only when i deselect the "hide drivers that arent compatible" option. so it is saying they are not compatible, is that fine to use these or not? If now i go to browse to the extracted folder and go all the way down to the VMD folder i can select that one and get to see the same amount of drivers as the non extracted one which is 4. the extracted ones are also not compatible btw.

    I think you need to contact support for your motherboard if that option also did not work, they may have a driver they can provide you with.

    Can you put the extracted folder onto the actual bootable USB to see if you can then navigate to the drivers.
