unexpected store exception stuck in bios

My pc had a blue screen unexpected store exception.

Now every boot my pc is stuck in the bios. I unplugged all usb's apart from mouse and keyboard and have resetted bios settings to default. I have a kingston kc3000 m.2 ssd and an extra hdd. I was playing a game and had lots of chrome tabs open. Everything on the m.2 device list says not present! My ssd is only a year old. Ive tried reseating it and placing it in a different slot.

it also show local disk C: and boot X: . Local disk C wont uncollapse when i click on it

i looked over it. Now it says no signed device drivers were found. when i browse i can see the folder in usb E

If you have extracted out the drivers from the Intel RST installer, then when you reach the part where you cannot see the internal drive, can you click 'Load Driver' and navigate into that folder to find the driver?

the extraction worked but SetupRST_extracted is a folder, not a file. it also doesnt show up on windows setup. im booting the pc with both usbs plugged in

On that support page, strangely, the Intel RST drivers are in the On-Board SATA AHCI/RAID Drivers section.
